Olly’s mission is to inspire children and adults to believe that it’s possible to create a better world, and everyone can help to make a difference. The character Olly was created to represent the values that are important: family, loyalty, trust and honesty! The OllyPlanet message is that we all can improve the world around us, and each and every one can make a difference. Olly recently stated “I love the outdoors, I love the beaches, I love Miami! I love visiting a beautiful museum or art exhibit! I love playing soccer, kickball, basketball or volleyball at the beach with my brother and sister! And more than anything, I want local families and tourists to experience how great Miami is! Therefore, I am starting the #LogOffMiami movement.
Miami is full of culture, art and great weather. Let’s all try to make time to unplug and plan time away from the house. That’s what #LogOffMiami is all about! It’s about experiencing life first hand and not through a digital screen! The internet, technology and video games are AMAZING too. I can understand how easy it is to get lost in a video game, good television show or your Facebook feed. I love posting to social media.
