The Miami Dade Public Library System offers many free programs, events and activities at over 40 local branches throughout the County.  So encourage your entire family to visit the library and visit it often, to read and participate in the numerous events and activities that the MDPLS has to offer.  

Here's what's happening at your library!

Free One-to-One Online Tutoring
Everyday, 3-11 p.m. live one-to-one tutoring for students K-12 for free with their library card. Using an interactive whiteboard and instant messaging, expert tutors help students understand skills and concepts learned in class, finish their homework and prepare for tests.

High School Testing & Education Reference Center 
Students can prepare for the ACT, PSAT and SAT with full-length practice tests and online resources, search for the best colleges that fit their needs and find scholarship opportunities. Free with your library card.
