Do you enjoy fishing? Would you love to but don’t know how? Well here’s a great opportunity for everyone, whether you are an experienced angler or have never picked up a fishing rod, to head out for a day of fishing. During the month of June, the State of Florida will offer license-free fishing days allowing everyone to fish on public waters without a fishing license!
If you’ve never fished before but would like to try, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go without the expense of purchasing a license. Or, why not make it a family affair and teach your tweens, teens and little ones the joy of fishing!
Here are this year’s license-free fishing days for the State of Florida
- June 1 and 2, 2019 saltwater fishing allowed
- June 8 and 9, 2019 freshwater fishing allowed
