I Remember Who I Am

I just enjoyed a powerful meditation where I saw my future self looking at me in the mirror. She extended her arm past the frame; coming closer to me, her hand on my chin. We both bowed our heads toward each other, connecting forehead then noses, like I did with my mother. She was proud of me; I was proud of her and we merged as one instantly becoming full of love and light with a golden essence emanating out from us to our community and world. This insight was gained from mindfulness, intention, introspective reflection, and creative expression.

I’ve created a series of workbooks that help you to find your unique gifts, remind you of who you are, and what inspires you on a daily basis.

You are so very loved dear one. Please consider this an invitation to purchase the 1st workbook. A lot of heart and many years are poured into it. I’m certain this can inspire the reignite you are seeking and the healing work you are ready for.

Creating art has always been my sanctuary, a place where I can release stress and find clarity amidst chaos. Each brushstroke and splash of color in my artworks are a therapeutic journey, allowing me to express emotions that words often cannot capture.

Breaking the Silence Book

These survivors have come forward bravely, sharing their experiences of triumph over adversity. The book 'Breaking the Silence: Voices of Survivors Vol. 1' is a powerful collection of stories that will leave you inspired and moved. Each survivor shares their unique journey of healing, growth, and resilience.

I've also been working on a global arts initiative #marks4theirlives which celebrates oneness and individualism through art & remembrance. Promoting tolerance; while bringing awareness to hard topics like genocide and honoring the children's lives taken in the Holocaust.  Join us in this beautiful movement. You do not need to be an artist to participate. Follow the link to join us.
